“Qigong” (pronounced "chee gong" and alternatively spelled as "qigong," "qi gong," or "chi kung") is a fairly modern term for an ancient life nourishing tradition of sacred dance that honors the whole person, heart, mind, body and soul. Qigong uses self love, movement, breath and imagination to remove fear based blockages to the life force. Each class will be slightly different. We will do standing, lying and seated Qigong in guided and free form format. There will be moments of both movement and silent meditation. What to Bring:
